Thousands gather in Los Angeles for a Scientology New Year’s Celebration, honoring a year of remarkable achievement and ushering in an unstoppable 2026.
The evening opens with a high-voltage concert featuring a powerhouse ensemble of international performers and award-winning artists.
More than 6,500 attendees transform the auditorium into an epic celebration as the New Year’s Celebration launches with unmistakable Scientology momentum.
The evening pivots to full intensity as Mr. David Miscavige, the ecclesiastical leader of the Scientology religion, steps into the lights and the New Year’s Celebration 2026 roars to life.
Mr. Miscavige sends the night into an extraordinary ascent of accomplishment and purpose.
A sweeping night of revelation begins as Mr. Miscavige presents the accomplishments that helped define Scientology’s global expansion throughout the year.
“For most of the world, New Year’s is something they wait for. They count down seconds, watching the clock, as if time is the one telling them when life begins again. But we’ve never lived time that way. So while the rest of the planet may still be winding down its clocks—we’re here for something else entirely: to see what happens when a full year of Scientology accomplishments is unleashed all at once.” —Mr. David Miscavige, ecclesiastical leader of the Scientology religion
Charting the course for the evening, Mr. Miscavige embarks on a global tour of L. Ron Hubbard’s Technologies in action—surveying the aligned sectors advancing social betterment, group survival and the Bridge itself as a coordinated review of planetary progress unfolds.
Introducing the first sector of advance for the night, Mr. Miscavige spotlights the Association for Better Living and Education (ABLE)—the frontline application of L. Ron Hubbard’s Technologies to create a drug-free, crime-free, literate and moral world, clearing the way for spiritual freedom.
In Sonora, Mexico, the regional government has for years applied L. Ron Hubbard’s Drug Rehabilitation Technology, first funding and establishing Narconon Navojoa for men. It proved so successful that the government next opened a dedicated women’s wing. This year, addressing the crisis of drug addiction among youth, the government took a decisive step, personally locating, renovating and establishing Narconon Jóvenes, meaning Narconon Youth—the first facility of its kind anywhere on Earth.
In Kenya, where half the city population lives in slums and faces a “revolving door” of crime and prison, a former inmate teamed up with fellow ex-prisoners to break that pattern. Upon discovering The Way to Happiness, they took the precepts to gangs, civic groups and schools, even returning to prisons to counsel inmates—driving a 51 percent drop in recidivism.
A teacher in Sri Lanka wanted children to understand, not merely memorize to pass exams. Integrating Applied Scholastics into her school, her students advanced three grade levels in a single year. She then trained more than 2,000 teachers in L. Ron Hubbard’s Study Technology, elevating learning for more than 80,000 students and leading to a national partnership to bring Study Tech to all 10,000 schools across Sri Lanka.
The evening shifts focus to the World Institute of Scientology Enterprises (WISE), as Mr. Miscavige highlights the impact of L. Ron Hubbard’s Administrative Technology (Admin Tech) in achieving survival and prosperity for groups, industries and entire nations.
A WISE member from Scotland applied L. Ron Hubbard’s Administrative Technology to build the United Kingdom’s leading gutter and roof-care enterprise. Now unrivaled in its field, his company serviced more than 125,000 homes in the past year alone—clearing nearly four million feet of gutters annually—and has expanded over 140 times to dominate the industry nationwide.
A Colombian logistics expert and WISE member used Admin Tech to revolutionize trade for his country. Transporting everything from white marble to steel, animals to automobiles, he cut a 35-day import process to just three days, and his company expanded 46 times. He now stands as Colombia’s leading full-service logistics operator.
In Hungary, a WISE Consultant applied L. Ron Hubbard’s Admin Tech to reverse the failure rate of small- and medium-sized businesses. By delivering Admin Tech to more than 25,000 professionals, he helped reshape the future of 6,000 Hungarian companies—while building his own firm into the top one percent of businesses across the country.
As the evening intensifies, Mr. Miscavige highlights the worldwide expansion of Scientology Field Groups and Missions, powered by the International Hubbard Ecclesiastical League of Pastors (I HELP) and Scientology Missions International (SMI).
After discovering Dianetics, a Japanese woman formed a Dianetics Group to rekindle the spirit of her people beset by modern-day stress and anxiety. She sparked a Dianetics movement throughout her region, from lecture halls to the airwaves, reaching more than 100,000 listeners. Altogether she introduced thousands to Dianetics, igniting the early glow of a Book One wildfire spreading across her zone.
Valencia, Spain’s Ideal Mission not only stands as a pillar of Scientology for her community, but has also simultaneously run initiatives tackling immorality, human rights violations and drug abuse. Yet it is the renowned “Yellow Tide” of her Scientology Volunteer Ministers who answered Valencia’s call when the deadliest flood this century struck the region. After 12,000 hours of service, helping nearly 50,000 people, Valencia’s Civil Guard hailed the Mission for strengthening the foundation of their society.
In Budapest, Hungary, the Fővárosi Mission celebrated the dedication of their new Ideal home. Since the ribbon fell on August 24, they’ve welcomed a steady influx of young professionals and altogether quadrupled new people discovering Scientology.
The Foothills Mission of Greater Los Angeles, located along the area’s main walking street, was honored with State Legislative recognition for its “Spirit of Service” at their June 22 Grand Opening.
In San Jose, California, the Mission of Silicon Valley opened on September 21 to heartfelt gratitude from regional dignitaries, all while marking their run to year-end with a doubling of completions on Scientology services.
Northern California’s Riverpark Mission cut a ribbon on their Ideal premises on October 12. A State Senator praised their unwavering commitment to the community’s well-being—a commitment that continues as Riverpark boasts a fivefold increase in new people discovering Scientology.
Lastly, in Lakeway, Texas, their Mission dedicated new premises on November 23, whereafter a local deputy sheriff thanked the Mission for “bringing the tools of life to the people of Lakeway.”
In Shizuoka, Japan, beneath the sacred silhouette of Mount Fuji, the new Ideal Mission blossomed on October 25 with traditional ceremonial pageantry. A local chief temple priest praised the occasion and proclaimed, “L. Ron Hubbard serves as a guiding light in today’s complex society.”
Capping the celebration with a statement of expansion, Mr. Miscavige unveils the results of the latest executive teams in the Golden Age of Administration.
Mr. Miscavige highlights the return of Flag Executive Briefing Course (FEBC) teams—now helming Ideal Orgs around the world as the most highly trained, highest case-level executives in the history of Scientology.
The night ascends once more as Mr. Miscavige prepares to unveil a breathtaking announcement, set to launch expansion into the New Year.
“There is one last story still waiting to rise. A story born on an island where beauty endures, where resilience runs deep and where destiny never stopped calling,” Mr. Miscavige says before revealing the next Ideal Org in Puerto Rico.
With its Executive Team ready to fire, the new Ideal Org stands on the threshold of a historic Grand Opening.
The audience remains on their feet, cheers echoing throughout the hall following achievement after achievement.
“And that brings us to the final, essential component of every Ideal Org and what traditionally caps every New Year’s Celebration,” announces Mr. Miscavige. “Namely, our annual salute to a worldwide league of Power FSMs.”
Reflecting a year of unprecedented expansion, a highest-ever number of Power Field Staff Members (FSMs) from 39 nations are recognized for each having escorted at least 100 individuals onto and up the Bridge to Total Freedom in the past 12 months. Crowning the presentation is a record contingent of Elite FSMs, each honored for guiding a full 1,000 or more individuals up the Bridge during the same period.
As the dawn of a new year beckons, the exhilarating evening draws to a stirring conclusion with an inspiring grand finale as Mr. Miscavige delivers his closing message.

“If every Scientologist here tonight moves forward with the certainty of LRH, if every Scientologist here tonight takes the next step and helps another take theirs, then there is no distance we cannot close, no barrier we cannot break and no future beyond our reach.”

—Mr. David Miscavige,
Chairman of the Board
