In 1960 in Johannesburg, LRH formulated introductory routes to Scientology, opening the path to his lifesaving Technology for millions. In 1966 in Salisbury, Rhodesia—today Harare, Zimbabwe—LRH drafted his groundbreaking Constitution calling for one man, one vote. The site opened last year, on June 28, 2025, preserving the rooms where that milestone occurred. Most recently, the University of Zimbabwe incorporated tours of the landmark into its humanities curriculum, recognizing LRH’s legacy—transforming Zimbabwean lives for the better.

SAINT HILL MANOR
In 1966 at Saint Hill Manor in the United Kingdom, LRH released the Classification and Gradation Chart, precisely mapping training and auditing to the State of Clear. Today LRH is honored for “opening the way to new heights for Mankind.”

The historic presentation features the announcement of an altogether new site of monumental discovery. Leaving from Saint Hill Manor, LRH set out on the next stage of research into the higher states of spiritual freedom. Traveling south via Morocco, he arrived at an island outpost in Las Palmas, Canary Islands, where another decisive chapter in Scientology began to unfold.

SOARING HIGH ABOVE THE SEA
Perched high above crashing waves in the Canary Islands, LRH’s cliffside villa at Las Palmas became the setting of major milestones in Scientology. Included in the epic history at this site is the creation of the Church’s religious order—the Sea Organization.

The mid-1960s villa, built by a Dutch developer of the period, working with a local Canary Island architect, blends European modernism with island character. This landmark has been meticulously restored—inside and out—reflecting the time, place and events of LRH’s life and work here.

At this very spot overlooking the Atlantic, LRH recorded “Ron’s Journal 1967,” speaking not only of the winds howling up the cliff, the wide blue sea before him and fleecy clouds overhead—but his spiritual breakthroughs and the announcement of the Sea Organization. Artifacts now on display include the very Aiwa recorder on which he recorded his iconic message. Also on display is the original British Mark V E-Meter he used in his research to chart advanced spiritual levels of Scientology.

LRH’s cliffside landmark now stands fully restored, the tenth such location across three continents. Set to open in the coming months, it will soon give Scientologists the chance to experience the very site where these breakthroughs were made along the shores of the Canary Islands.

A wave of applause fills the hall as the audience learns the newest heritage site will open in spring—offering Scientologists the chance to explore LRH history like never before.

The night turns to the latest milestone in the quest for expansion as Mr. Miscavige presents the results from recent graduates of the most advanced executive training program in Scientology—the Flag Executive Briefing Course.

“And now new teams are hitting the ground one after another—fully trained, fully empowered and returning to their Ideal Orgs to drive the next surge of expansion,” Mr. Miscavige declares. Those 10 teams now return to Ideal Orgs in Australia, Europe and across the Midwest and West Coast of the United States.

The team from Bergamo, Italy, claims the victory for the Scientology Missions League, determined to win “Bergamostyle.” Accepting the trophy, the Mission Holder exclaims: “Following LRH’s advice for the Birthday Game, step by step we raised our production while having fun. Yet the real prize is not statistics. It is the many Clears made, our public rising to OT and families, teenagers and children saved with LRH Tech!”
